A great exercise to add to your workout is a straddle step up. This can be done using stackable stair risers or a basic flat bench can be done with or without weights depending on your fitness level.
I will sometimes add this as an active recovery exercise in between working chest, back or arms as a way of keeping my heart rate up. Straddle step ups work the hips, quads and lateral coordination which is great for so many sports.
