My Workout Playlist
By sharifitness on Jul 1, 2012 in Fitness
I don’t know about you, but my workouts are just not the same if I’m not plugged into my ear buds rockin’ out while I work out. While I do like and listen to a variety of music, when I’m working out I like to rock out and I like to rock hard.
Just for fun, I thought I would share with you some of the songs that are on my workout playlist and I’d love to hear what songs are on your workout playlist. I’ve included a link to the You Tube video of each song if you want to check out the song

Nice list. I have a few of those on my list as well. I tend to go a little heavier, towards the metal side. My playlist is roughly about 30 hours of music, so I don’t really repeat very often and I won’t list the entire thing, but here are a few:
Rage Against The Machine – Bulls on Parade
AC/DC – Back In Black, Thunderstruck, Who Made Who
Five Finger Death Punch – The Bleeding, Never Enough
Metallica – Of Wolf and Man
Trick Daddy – Let’s Go
Here is my new favorite:
Rob Baily & The Hustle Standard – Hungry
Korn, Disturbed, Godsmack, Mudvayne, Slipknot . . . and a ton more.
