I received an email from Fitness Business Strategist, Bedros Keuillian where he shared a video I am sharing with you in this blog post.
This video inspired me, motivated me, and got me fired up! As an entrepreneur it got me fired up. I have a goal, a vision, that is so clear and so strong. This video made me pause and ask myself …. How bad do you want it??? How much am I willing to sacrifice to achieve my goal, to make my vision reality?
Then I started thinking about this video from a health and fitness point of view. Everyone wants to lose weight, have a flat belly, look great and feel great. Everyone knows that in order to achieve results, you have got to be consistent and committed to not just doing some exercise, but really working out…. working out with purpose and intensity.
Everyone knows that in order to shed unwanted pounds and belly fat, you need to eat more vegetables, protein, fruit, nuts and seeds and less bread, pasta, sweets, snacks, sugary soft drinks and convenience foods.
How often do you find yourself making excuses as to why you didn’t exercise, or why you ate that cookie or had that super size burger and fries from the drive through? How badly do you really want to lose that layer of fat that sits around your belly?
