Healthy Eating means many things to many different people. Many people think they’re eating healthy, but are they? So I post this question to you. What does healthy eating or eating healthy mean to you? Please share your comments on this blog.
Healthy eating? If you would have asked me 2 months ago I would have said ANYTHING that is digestible. New life style change means: Low calorie, low fat (especially saturated), few simple carbohydrates, more complex carbohydrates. I now like to eat fish (Salmon / Tuna), brown or wild rice, fresh organic fruit/vegetables, turkey, chicken (not fried),whole grain bread, almond milk,egg white. I now eat a single serving and not all-you can eat. Mainly drink water. I am sure there are many other changes, these are just on my mind now.
This lady tries to watch what she has each meal ;but….still it’s not easy! LOVE Salmon and tuna andsardines too…and veggies.;and Oatmeal;to help lower cholesterol.too! ;but Have a major issue with Sweets!Would like to control that and know what food items will help naturaly; besides a very ripe (banana).thanks,,,DJ ps trying to lose min of 20lbs to 30ish. Haven’ t had any luck for past five yrs!
