Got Legs?

Your legs are your foundation.  They carry you.  Get you where you need to go.  Not only are strong legs essential, let’s face it, they look darn good.

Guys, I’m going to be straight up with you.  There’s nothing less appealing than a guy with a big strong chest and biceps and scrawny chicken legs.  Most guys don’t like working their legs and focus on working their upper body too much and are under the false impression that running is the way to work your legs.  Sorry bunkie.  Squats, lunges and deadlifts are the way to go so it’s time to hit the wheel house!

Ladies, shapely legs are the way to go.  You know you’re baring those legs of yours almost year round in dresses, skirts, shorts, and swimwear.  I still remember the days when I hated my legs.  My biggest pet peeve was feeling your thighs rub together when wearing dresses, skirts, shorts, swimsuits.  I know many of you reading this know exactly what I’m talking about.

Working your legs, also works you glutes and for guys and girls, there’s nothing hotter than perfectly filling out a pair of jeans!

Yes, working your legs is hard work, but the fruits of your sweat and sore muscles will be well worth it.  I promise you.

On that note, I’m sharing with you one of my leg workouts.  Would love to get your feedback on this after you give it a try.
