		<description>Really great points,especially point number 3. Muscle often gets ignored as a &quot;metabolic booster&quot; and people think they need to do more cardio instead. I think in general, lifting weights scares a lot of women because they are afraid that they are going to get bulky and look heavy. The fact is that muscle is more dense than fat, so they end up looking slimmer if they exchange a point of muscle for a pound of fat. Plus, another pound of muscle and they&#039;ll burn an additional 40-50 extra calories everyday.
