I have a new favorite fitness toy. It’s the Power Systems Cor Ball and it takes body weight cardio circuit training to the next level. Yes, it is a medicine ball, but the fact that it has handles both sides of it makes it easier to hold on to the ball and gives some of the most basic exercises a whole new momentum with range of motion, velocity and stabilization.
I decided to put the Cor Ball to the test with a body weight cardio circuit that targets the lower body. The Cor Ball gave my workout a whole new added intensity and made it well, fun! Even the burpees!
This Lower Body Cor Ball Circuit is an intense workout that will get your heart rate up and burn fat with this metabolic boosting lower body circuit using the Power Systems Cor Ball
