Here’s a run down of the workout
15 Power Chops Each Side
15 Push Ups
15 Reverse Crunches
15 Russian Twists
Go through the circuit 4 times. If you can, start the circuit back up without any rest. If you must rest between circuits, do your best to not rest longer than 1 minute.
As you can see in the video, this circuit got my heart rate up in a hurry.
