Thought for the day. Is maintaining being mediocre? If you are purposely not trying to improve, aren’t you being ordinary rather than extraordinary? And if you’re not trying to improve in the gym – push yourself harder and challenge yourself, are you not always seeking to be better and improve in other areas of your life?

There’s nothing quite like a great set of legs on a girl or a guy. Let’s face it guys love girls with lean, shapely legs. While I love a nicely chiseled upper body on a guy, there’s nothing appealing about a guy with a great upper body and scrawny chicken legs.
Those who are seriously on the quest for six pack abs have often asked this question. Does doing cardio, first thing in the morning on an empty stomach burn more fat?
There have been tons of articles and studies done on this topic and truth be told, just about any article or study can be skewed to support any argument. There is plenty of information out there that supports this argument and lots of information that doesn’t.
