The best workout program is the one you’re not following. You can have a great workout program, but if you’re not following it, it’s not going to do you any good.

Recently, there have been several health articles discussing which is better for weight loss; Low Fat Diets or Low Carbohydrate Diets. There has also been the debate of which is worse, Saturated Fats or Carbohydrates? Here’s my 2 cents on this topic.
