Many people think they are aware of the foods and beverages they consume, and generally think they are eating healthy until they start keeping a Food Journal. A Food Journal literally gives you a snap shot of the foods and beverages you consume.

Recently, there have been several health articles discussing which is better for weight loss; Low Fat Diets or Low Carbohydrate Diets. There has also been the debate of which is worse, Saturated Fats or Carbohydrates? Here’s my 2 cents on this topic.
